Richard Henwood - Head of Campus
Richard is an experienced fully qualified teacher with over 20 years of high quality and varied experience, both here in the UK and overseas.
He has held various leadership positions, both pastorally and subject based. Richard is a Maths and sports specialist and most recently he has been working as a Lead Practitioner in Suffolk, with a focus on outreach and improving the results for some of the county’s most vulnerable students, specifically those in receipt of pupil premium funding. Richard has a proven track record of success with all students, but especially disadvantaged learners and those with SEND. It is this vast experience, that has given Richard the necessary skills needed to unlock the potential of students attending Liminal Education East Anglia.
Margaret McLeish – Teaching Assistant
Maggie is a dedicated and compassionate teaching assistant with a passion for supporting students’ academic and personal growth.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, she effortlessly builds strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. She is committed to helping students develop their confidence, resilience, and creativity, and is proud to play a vital role in shaping the next generation of learners.
Georgia Burdett – Teaching Assistant
Georgia is a dedicated teaching assistant with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in English.
With a strong background in literacy support and individualized instruction, she helps students build confidence in reading, writing, and communication. Her patient and adaptable approach enables her to tailor her support to meet the unique needs of each student, fostering a love of learning and promoting both academic and personal success.
